Sanjeev Parsad joined Premier's board on March 31, 2014.  He is the founder and president of Corner Market Capital Corporation, a private equity firm that manages a private investment fund in the USA.  After acquiring a significant position in Premier, the company was reconfigured into an investment holding company with a number of operating businesses.  Over the years Sanjeev has served and sat on the Board of Directors for many companies and organizations, including raising nearly $300,000 for Crohn's & Colitis Canada through an annual fundraising dinner in Toronto. 

Alnesh Mohan is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. He has been a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP, a professional services firm focused on providing Chief Financial Officer and full-cycle accounting services to private and public companies, since 2005. He holds a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). 

Maria Nathanail  Maria is a corporate lawyer focused on corporate finance, capital markets and securities regulation, and business and corporate commercial law.  Maria has acted as corporate secretary and a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies, including start-up companies, and in a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, oil and gas exploration and production and services, land development and construction. Some of her most recent directorships include Silver Mountain Mines Inc. (TSXV - SMM), Carbeeza (TSXV:AUTO), Mikisew Group of Companies, Vantedge O&G Inc., USD Metals Corp. and CellarMaker Imports Ltd.
